Welcome to Wellington Township

Dumpster Days are for residents from 9 am to 12 pm at the Wellington Township Maintenance Facility, 105 Maple Street. There will be dumpsters available and scrap and Freon Appliances will be accepted. The Township will accept canes, wheelchairs, walkers, eyeglasses and cell phones.  Residents may also drop off batteries from a car or lawnmower.  NO hazardous or infectious wastes, brush, waste oil, bricks, rocks, concrete, dirt or any material that is prohibited by state or federal law from being landfilled will be accepted.  The Township does not accept tires but you can call the Lorain County Collection Center for information on discarding of tires below.
